It is our great joy that we organized another strong meetup for our members with our guest Dr. Dimitrios V. Nikolaidis, M.Ed., Ph.D., Embryolab Fertility Clinic, CEO / University of York, Europe Campus, Associate Professor.
We discussed the role of internal cohesion and the human factor in the evolution of an organization and, by extension, society.
Through his structured presentation he highlighted that success is not only determined by strategies and processes, but primarily by people. Recognition, growth, a healthy environment and a fair reward strengthen commitment, while a toxic climate and weak leadership lead to a loss of talent.
We sincerely thank the speaker and our members who actively participated in the dialogue.
